Cindy is an early Gretaira supporter who participated in our Roaster's Choice Kickstarter program. Growing up in a Baptist church in Rockford, IL she was a little rebellious and always curious to explore life on her own terms. Blue Revolution captures that same spirit of boldness, resilience, and independence - a blend that ironically refuses to blend in.

Two origins. Two traditions. One bold expression. Blue Revolution brings together coffees from the mountains of Indonesia and Haiti, where generations of smallholder farmers have developed distinct approaches to growing and processing coffee. From northern Sumatra, Indonesia, we get a rich, full-bodied coffee shaped by the region’s signature wet-hulling process, a tradition born from its humid, unpredictable climate. From the mountains of Thiotte, Haiti, our Haitian Blue coffee is sourced through APCAB Cooperative, connecting us to a community of smallholder farmers cultivating coffee in Haiti’s historic highlands. Together, these coffees create something greater than either origin alone—the depth and intensity of Sumatra balanced by the smooth, nuanced character of Haitian Blue. Different places. Different traditions. One Blue Revolution.
