I absolutely love this coffee. Unfortunately, I’ve gone from making two cups to three. After drinking it for two weeks, I decided to try my former coffee one morning. I immediately poured it out and made a pot of my North Star Espresso. I love the smoothness, yet rich taste. Bye-bye bitter coffee!!!

Very smooth and easy to drink
Absolutely delicious. Though lighter in color than most "espresso roast" coffees, this is full of flavor without the acidic flavor of light or medium roasts. Makes a great morning Americano, as well as an amazing afternoon latte. DEFINITELY worth the money!!!.

The best word I can think of to describe this coffee is SMOOTH!!! It’s so refreshing to not have the bitterness fighting the flavor. This is hands down one of my new favorite coffees!
