This Mexican coffee is decaffeinated by Descamex using pure water from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico’s highest mountain. Through the Mountain Water Process, the beans are gently steamed, then immersed in a water-based solution saturated with coffee flavor compounds. This draws out caffeine while helping preserve the coffee’s natural character. Freshly air roasted by Gretaira to a dark finish, these beans reveal notes of dark chocolate and warm spice.
