Grown in the high-altitude mountains of southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe coffee beans are celebrated for their bright acidity, floral aromatics, and clean, tea-like finish. Cultivated by smallholder farmers at elevations over 1,800 meters, these heirloom Arabica beans thrive in rich soil and a cool, misty climate. Traditional growing methods and natural processing enhance the region’s signature flavors—revealing notes of citrus blossom, stone fruit, and delicate black tea. A true expression of Ethiopian single origin coffee.

I chose a small bag of the whole bean light roast Ethiopia blend. This was my first time I have ever tried this brand and blend. When I took my first sip after brewing it, It was so smooth and mellow. It was the best cup of coffee I have had in a while. I will be purchasing a bigger bag soon.
