Grown in the high-altitude mountains of southern Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe coffee beans are celebrated for their bright acidity, floral aromatics, and clean, tea-like finish. Cultivated by smallholder farmers at elevations over 1,800 meters, these heirloom Arabica beans thrive in rich soil and a cool, misty climate. Traditional growing methods and natural processing enhance the region’s signature flavors—revealing notes of citrus blossom, stone fruit, and delicate black tea.
