18 Rabbit, or 18 Conejos, is a collective of farms run by members of the Zelaya Contreras family. At the center is Dulce Marlen of Finca Dulce Luna, who leads the group and oversees exports. Alongside her husband, she helped pioneer organic and biodynamic farming practices in the region, with a focus on restoring and nurturing the land over time. That care shows up in the cup. Producers within the 18 Rabbit collective have earned top placements in Honduras’ Cup of Excellence and continue to collaborate on thoughtful fermentation methods and distinctive flavor profiles, creating coffees that are both expressive and memorable.
